How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Hit Get Tickets on our Events page and checkout opens right here on our site. Before tickets go on sale, join the waitlist — the list hears first, and early-bird pricing goes fast.
Is the festival 21+?
Yes. Our tasting festivals are 21 and over, and every guest's ID is checked at the gate — bring a valid government-issued photo ID, even if you're well past 21. Please leave pets at home; service animals are welcome.
What's included with General Admission vs. VIP?
General Admission gets you in for the full tasting window with samples from every beverage partner. VIP adds early entry, a VIP tasting hour, an upgraded glass, a VIP lounge, and limited premium pours. Exact perks are listed on each event's ticket page.
What's your refund policy?
Refund terms are shown on each event's Eventbrite checkout before you pay. Questions about an order? Contact us with your Eventbrite order number.
What happens if it rains?
Our festivals are rain-or-shine unless conditions are unsafe. If weather forces a change, we'll email every ticket holder directly and post updates on our social channels.
How do I get home safely?
Please don't drink and drive. Plan for rideshare, a designated driver, or a nearby hotel — we post rideshare drop-off points with each venue.
How do I become a vendor or beverage partner?
Fill out the application on our Vendors page. We review every application and follow up with details, booth info, and next steps.
Do food vendors need a license?
Yes. Food vendors need a Florida DBPR temporary food service event license and a certificate of insurance. See the DBPR Division of Hotels & Restaurants for how to apply.
Can my brand sponsor an event?
Yes — reach out through our Contact page (choose Sponsorship) and we'll send sponsorship options.
Can I volunteer?
We'd love the help. Apply to volunteer for check-in, water and ice, setup, teardown, and more.
Where do events take place?
We're based in Florida, and our first festival will be on the Gulf Coast. The exact venue will be posted on the Events and Venue Info pages as soon as it's confirmed.
Is there parking?
Parking details are posted for each venue on the Venue Info page once it's announced.
Are venues accessible?
We choose accessible venues. If you have specific needs, let us know in advance through the Contact page and we'll help plan your visit.
